Basic

We handle all showing requests for your listing and communicate all information to you and your client.

Deluxe

Everything in Basic, plus feedback.

Platinum

Everything in Deluxe, plus full online account access for your property owner.

Price reductions

Fill out a form with the address and new price, and we'll send a notice of reduction to all realtors who have shown the home in the past 3 weeks.

Listing updates

For a small administrative fee, we'll send notices to the showing realtors with any information you need to share.

Showing reports

Get an emailed report of the showings on your listings, including who viewed, when, the status and any feedback. Choose weekly on the day you prefer, or add a daily report for an additional monthly fee.

Our mission is to simplify the task of showing realty.

Call To View was started by Tracey Luking in 2002. Tracey worked as a receptionist for a real estate office from 1988, in conveyancing and assisting, then gained her license and worked under the Re/Max umbrella for several years.

With real estate in her family, and her level of expertise, she understood the unique needs of her clients and saw the potential of a service like Call To View.

Today, Call To View has a reliable staff who consistently meet the expectations of their clientele.
