Yes - once you have your account set up, our administration team can activate your Touchbase setting for you, or you can simply add email@example.com under a new profile for Call To View. The only two options that should be checked off under the new profile are: Showing Requests and Showing Cancellation. All other options should not have a check mark next to them, these will then default and go to your own profile. You may opt to have copies of what comes to us, sent to you, or if you wish to no longer receive these, simply, uncheck the 2 options so they do not show a checkmark next to them in your own profile. Call To View has 3 different types of plans. Monthly, 90 day contracts or flat rate pricing for the life of the listing. Both plans have 3 different types of service levels. Basic, Deluxe and Platinum:
Basic - Call To View handles all showing requests for your listing and communicates all information to you and your client.
Deluxe - Basic service with the additional service of feedback.
Platinum - Deluxe service with the additional service of supplying your property owner with full access to their account online.
If you would like a package sent with full rates, and you are a licensed realtor, please email email@example.com and a package will be sent out to you within 24 hours. If you are an assistant, please advise which realtor the service is for, so we may personalize the package.
Yes - We simply need a form filled out supplying us with the address and new price of the home, and we will send a notice of reduction to all realtors that have shown the home in the past 3 weeks.
For a small administrative fee, we can send out notices to the showing realtors, advising them of any type of information you need to communicate.
We can call, email or text your clients.
